I'm passionate about flowers but, I'm more excited about you and your choices. That's why I try and make the experience for you stress free. During the consultation, I guide you to different options, so you can make informed decisons. I take the hassle for you and also meet with your venue coordinators, during the appointment, I measure tables, windows, stairs etc so that everything will be to scale, I enquire about installation and tear down times as the venue might be booked the day before or after your day. I do all the leg work for you so you don't have to, that's part of my customer service which I'm really proud of, you can sit back and just enjoy your day knowing you got good value for your money.
I've always enjoyed helping people. When a couple book me to be their florist, I'm ecstactic to be part of their special day.

Describe your typical process with ordering flowers
Communication, communication, communication!
I love making people happy and delivering exactly what they want, I do this through a consultation process either by phone or meeting over coffee.
After the consultation, I research your flowers with my suppliers local and/or International (depending on your choices) to ensure good value. From the research and historic data examined, I prepare a proposal for you, usually within seven days of the consultation.
If you wish to proceed, a signed industry standard contract and non refundable deposit is required to secure my services for your date.
Once you have booked, I will arrange to meet your venue coordinator to discuss their procedures and policies etc
As part of my role, I keep an eye on the fluctuation of the flower auctions and compare latest prices with historical data (so there are no unforeseen surprises)
Four weeks before your event, your balance is due; once the balance has been received, your flowers are ordered.
Usually your flowers arrive to my studio on the Wednesday before your day. This ensures that the flowers have time to be processed properly with daily care and attention to be the best for your day.
Your Special Day arrives - I design all your flowers and deliver to your venue.
If my onsite services have been booked - I will prepare the flowers for the photographer and cake maker (as discussed in the consultation).
I know! The process leading up to your special day is quite long! But rest assured, you only have to meet with me one or twice (consultation and the day itself) all the rest is executed in the background without you having to be present.
